Here is Location of Free Transjakarta JakCard Replacement Service

Owners of the old version of the JakCard-based Free Transjakarta card (Mifare) can exchange their new JakCard card in three locations.

We urge the user to soon replace with the new ones

Those three locations are at the parking lot of the Bank DKI Juanda Branch, Matraman Branch, and Matraman Syariah Branch on Monday to Friday starting at 8 AM to 5 PM.

Cardholders can visit the branch office by bringing their old JakCard and other ID cards. Further, the officer will verify the data and identity.

It can also be done at five Transjakarta bus stops, namely Kwitang, Jelambar, Cawang UKI, Pasar Kebayoran Lama, and Permai Koja.

The card service at the bus stop is open from Monday to Friday between 9 AM to 12 PM.

Bank DKI Secretary Herry Djufraini stated that the Free Transjakarta service card with the old version of JakCard (Mifare) can still be used by showing the old card or a letter of replacement for the card from Bank DKI.

"We urge the user to soon replace with the new ones," he stressed, Monday (8/29).

He explained that the use of the Bank DKI JakCard card in the Free Transjakarta Service card program is a form of support for Gubernatorial Regulation number 160/2016 on Free Transjakarta Services and Free Buses for the Public.

"This service is also part of improving services to the community," he added.

As for the information, the Transjakarta free service program can also be accessed using the Bank DKI Combo ATM Card, targeting several categories of service recipients.

They are state civil apparatuses under the Jakarta administration and its pension, contract workers, owners of Jakarta Smart Cards (KJP), certain private employees or workers who have payroll at Bank DKI, residents of simple rental flats, and TP PKK.

He hoped that the reliability of the JakCard as an electronic means of payment for transportation in Jakarta such as Transjakarta, the Jak Lingko network, MRT Jakarta, and LRT Jakarta could provide convenience and comfort for its users.

"JakCard can also be used as a means of payment in various tourist areas in Jakarta. For easy top-up balances, Jakcards can be top-up through the JakOne Mobile application using a mobile phone with NFC features," he closed.
